Customer shall be responsible for all damages, fines, and penalties caused by overloading, non-conforming or unacceptable materials or improper use. An additional trip fee may be applied if the dump trailer is overloaded and/or the dump trailer is not accessible for pickup. Dump trailer may not be loaded more than 7000 lbs. of material.
